At TheLakwameFoundation, we take immense pride in our work. Every product is cultivated by hand with meticulous care and inspected for quality before it leaves our hands. To ensure your purchase arrives in perfect condition, we take extra precautions with our packaging to prevent any damage whatsoever during transit.

Returns & Exchanges
Because our items are unique, handmade, and often perishable/delicate, we generally do not accept returns.

Damaged Items
We want you to be completely satisfied. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [e.g., 48 hours] of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue immediately and, if approved, will gladly offer a replacement or a refund.

Exceptions
Please note that we cannot offer refunds for items that have been used, opened, or damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
